Life Coaching

I also offer a Zoom or in-person session at a Coffee shop meeting or meeting in a Hotel Foyer. I can also arrange a meet-up at a therapy room in Oxfordshire; it is up to you. 

 

Coaching can be mixed with CBT, counselling, and my life skills, used in different ways. This can help you understand what you are looking for or have a chance to explore. I have much life experience and am open-minded to anything you want to discuss or explore.

In the privacy of your own home or office, you could arrange to link up on Zoom. I can Arrange it with one of our packages. Once again, you could have a one-off session or have a few spaced out to what suits you.
