How I Work

Coaching, in my opinion, has evolved over the years. The book "The Inner Game of Work," written by Gallway, ties the coaching process together by drawing on person-centred Carl Rogers, Abraham Maslow, and a spiritual element of coaching. It has also built a psychology system focusing on how they thought about themselves and what is essential to them subjectively; this was the study of humanistic psychology. This dealt with issues such as self-actualisation, health, hope, love, creativity, and an understanding of what it is like to be human. As time has gone on, Coaching has become acceptable in academic circles and in business, and corporate industries continue to develop.

Coaching:-

A coach does not tell you what to do. They will help you explore how to get from A to B. A coachee will develop their own intuition, insight, and perspective on the situation.
